To BBW asking about the width. I had the same concern as WW are always waaaaay to wide for me. I took a chance on these anyway as I bought the same boot last year (in wide) in black and I really like them. I found the width to be no larger than a regular W. The only thing was when I buy any regular boot, I am a size 9 but whenever I buy a "wide width" I buy an 8 -which is what I have from last years black. But I found them too small and had to get a 9WW for these. But in terms of the width, I was able to wear them just fine despite not being able to with any other. Maybe WW is a mistake? Hope this helps. As other reviewers say, I too find them overpriced and I bought them on sale. Also Note: there is a colour difference between the bottom of the shoe and the micro suede part. (at least for the tan color)

As another reviewer said, I feel these are overpriced for basically a shoe with a tall piece of microsuede fabric attached that have a drawstring around the top to make them look like boots. I bought both colours at my local store. The foot fits generously with room for an insole which I need since the sole has almost no cushioning. But the calf is tight and will only fit over leggings. They can't be worn with even my skinniest pair of jeans. The calf needs to be bigger.and more robust. Sadly I will be returning both pairs.

Boots are too loose in the ankle/lower calf and look bad. Slides down the leg wont stay up. Makes my foot look larger than it is. Very bulky in the foot.

I'm a big lady. I'm 5'9 and weigh 400lbs my calf circumference is 23" and these fo fit. However, I did size up. I'm 99% of the time a 10 but I thought I'd size up for this boot. I'm glad I did, the size 1q fit my foot like a 10. The upper boot part does fit my calf a bit tight though. It has some stretch though. Overall I'm happy with them.

Was really hoping to like these. They don't stay up and become very slouchy, and not a cute slouchy. The materials don't look go together in person. And honestly way overpriced for what they are.

These boots look okay, pretty much what I expected. Why they are getting a negative review and why I would not recommend and would never buy again is that the tie to keep the boots up, unties constantly. I tried many different knots, but short of double knotting (and then not being able to get them off) they don't stay tied and therefore spend as much time around my ankles as over my knees. Save your money or wait until they go on sale.
