How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

I really like this purchase. I would never wear it as a dress, I think it is too short. I had no intentions of wearing it as a dress, I wanted something to wear with leggings and this is perfect. It is not very thick in my opinion which I also like. I usually wear a 1x or 2X. I ordered the 1X is big enough.

Well, the hood is sewn to the front of the dress on mine

Well, I washed it without trying it on. I didn't notice the fabric is very rough and scratchy. So I guess I am keeping it, and using my sewing skill to turn the hood around. Expected better for this price. The quality of this store is suffering a lot. It's such a shame.

I love this dress I ordered it in both colors so warm and comfortable if there was another color I would buy another one of the nicest things I have ever order. True to size I take a 2x and it fit perfect in my 2x size. Will be warm with tights for the cold winter and then nice to wear spring and fall.
