Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.

This is a great fitting coat that is light weight and warm, it also cuts the wind very well. I haven't had a chance to try it in the rain because we have had no rain. But I am sure it works well in the rain

It's lovely jacket, nice weight, good length, nice material. Like the other reviewers I had to go up a size because it fits small. My only complaint is that the buttons on the side kept catching on my car every time I exited to the point where the middle button was ripped completely off.

I think the front could be a little cuter but its nice length and I love the buttons on the side and that its cotton and nylon rather than polyester. Overall I would recommend, perf fit I got 2x and I usually wear size 18
