How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

Like the previous poster I recommend ordering a size down. I did find them high in the waist, but I find that will all Pennington leggings. They look cute on when paired with a tunic style top to hide the high waist and are beyond comfy.

I love the look of these leggings and I was so excited to try them on. Unfortunately they fit very big. I normally wear a 22 and ordered the 22/24 but they are so loose they look awful on me. I could also nearly pull them right up to my armpits. I recommend going one size down at least when buying these.
