How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

How to take your measurements
Remove shoes and socks, stand on a sheet of paper with feet comfortably aligned to each other at approximately shoulder width apart, and have your body weight evenly distributed between your feet.
Using a pencil, gently trace the outline of the foot onto the paper, ensure the pencil is kept vertical. The trace will be more accurately done by someone else.
Draw a straight line at the longest toe and at the heel, these two lines must be parallel of each other.
Draw a vertical line connecting these two parallel lines. This right angle (90 degree) is your foot length.
The foot width is measured by a straight line connecting the widest spot of your foot.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, move up to the larger size for a better fit.

How to take your measurements
Step 1 - Band Size
Measure the smallest part of your ribcage (Be sure to keep the tape parallel to the floor!) Uneven number? Round up! This is your band size.
Step 2 - Bust Size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Step 3 - Cup Size
Subtract the bust size measure from the band size measure. The difference corresponds to the letter associated to your cup size as indicated in the chart.
Your bra size corresponds to the letter and to your band size.

I bought an X which is normally my size and it fits very loose, which I like. I'm 5'2 " and it goes to the top of my foot. I washed it and put it in the dryer and it did shrink lengthwise about 2". Love the black & white polka dots. It looks classy despite being a bit boxy on me. The material is very soft with some stretch. It's a thin material but not see through. Very comfortable to wear around the house and for sleeping.

I have this in the navy and its very comfortable but now I keep finding little tiny holes down the front in place of so e of the dots. Don't know why.

My favourite nightgown

I love this nightshirt. I bought it a size larger expecting it to shrink in the wash, but it did not. I like that it's extra roomy though, and would buy another, also a size larger. I am 5'2", so it comes to my ankles, which I like. It washes great, the fabric is soft and comfortable. The top fits just right. Some other nightgown/shirts gape at the neck or are to tight at the neck opening. The self-bound neckline and button detail are a nice touch. I will be buying more, that's for sure!

I ordered a bigger size than I usually wear expecting it to shrink. It didn't! I'm physically handicapped so must rely on others - usually my husband, to the laundry. Do you know how hard it is to find wash and wear clothing? My husband doesn't believe in sorting. Even when sorted, everything goes from washer to dryer. He's super busy. I can't believe that we're the only people who would prefer easy care clothing. More cotton/ polyester clothing please. I'm delighted with the prospect of new gowns. Will order before they're gone again
