It makes me laugh reading all of these bad reviews on this jacket. I found the cut and fit of this jacket the only good thing about it. The choice on fabric however is a joke. For a plus size store you would hope that there is thought and consideration on fabric choice. Also, to spend almost $200 on a jacket you would hope to get at least a winter season out of it. Not 5 days. I had to repair all of the split seams, what a disaster and a cherry on top of the 2020 sundae. Thanks Pennington's. PS-Please bring back Addison Elle.

I have only worn it about 10 times and the material on the arms and sides is so piled I won't wear it again. Very disappointed in quality of coat and Penningtons for selling such cheap merchandise .

Purchased this for my wife as a Christmas present. She loved it. Looked really great on her. she started wearing it the first week of January 2021 and within 2 weeks all the side seams were ripping apart. She is extremely disappointed. Purchased in-store and unable to return it for now due to lock-downs in Ontario. wow. Not happy. And did I mention that we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I have owned this coat for two months, and do not do anything strenuous in it. Just normal life, driving to work, walking my dog, etc. It has tears along the seams, the fabric is pilling terribly, and there's holes developing. I've never owned something of worse quality. Avoid!!!!!

Love the coat ,but upon wearing it very little....pilling,fraying and then the whole back seam frayed and created a big hole.Calling customer service did NO good at all.The company policies are terrible. I was offered 15% off next order if used in 3 weeks...I have to spend money to get a puny discount on this coat ?? Penningtons will not be getting my business or anyone elses if I can help it .So many bad reviews....you would think they would realize that there is a problem with this garment.They probably don't even read these.

I bought this coat less than two months ago and it is already coming apart at the seams and pilling on the sleeves where the arms rub the side of the coat. It fit and looked great when I tried it on and have been enjoying this coat until now. It is literally is falling apart on me! I came here to contact Pennington's to see if I can exchange it - I was hoping to just get another coat of the same style, but am surprised to see that so many people are having the same problem as me!

I love everything about this coat it looks good on, super warm and fits perfectly. HOWEVER, the entire back section ripped right beside the seam, the fabric just couldn't hold. So heart broken, and its not even a fixable problem.

I loved this coat but the material frays and unravels. The seams come apart. The insulation falls out. The material pills greatly. Who ever supplied your material and manufactured this coat performed shoddy work. I recommend you fire them. I recommend you pull this item from the stores. Your customers should not waste their time or money on this coat.
