How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

I bought the black and floral pattern in my usual Penn. size and it fits perfectly. I have an Oval shape and this top does not cling but curves in nicely at my waist, so gives me more of an hourglass shape. I also have narrow shoulders and this top fits me across the shoulders. of note, the sleeves are the right length for me, and because I have short arms I think it may be too short for some people. It washed well in the washer and dryer. I like the modern-fit T's and hope there will be more colors and patterns than the 4 they currently have.

I love the fit, sleeves, length and pattern (flowers). Like other reviewer, I would by more but NOT in horizontal stripes. There are a lot of shirt/sweater styles this year with these dreadful horizontal stripes!! What's up with that?? Not a good look for plus sized women. C'mon Penningtons, you should know better!

Love this shirt. I would buy ten more if they had patterns instead of the horizontal stripes on the other two fabric choices! Horizontal stripes!! Visually your eyes go across - not a good choice for a plus sized woman .
