Received this bra in the mail after placing an online order and they were insanely large fitting bras. I'm a big girl and these bras were ridiculously huge. Went to issue a return and found out all the stores are closed. Had to make an online return. Got a customer service rep. who after 3 emails was able to finally tell me how to process my return! Then I get an email stating it will take 2 weeks to process the return and 2 months (two billing cycles) to see a refund for my order, even though they received the return (the bras) back within 5 days of me receiving them! HORRIBLE customer service. I won't be ordering again from this company.
