Purchased this online on an early Black Friday sale while visiting the Toronto area, had it shipped to my home in Utah. It's the warmest winter coat I've had in a long time. Makes the early morning walks great. The cuff around the arm is loose but it's not an issue. The fit is great.

I ordered my normal size (3x) and I can barely get it zippered around my hips, yet the arms are huge. And the pockets are not deep at all I could barely get my phone in it. Not sure if it's because it's tight around my hips or if there made small.

Fits perfectly but there is a hole in the left pocket! Shoddy workmanship. I'm not returning it I will just stitch it up myself. Otherwise it's a great coat. Got it for 50% off.

I will keep the jacket because the price on sale wasn't bad but found the arm on the jacket a bit short. The cuff of the arm is a bit loose and im glad I went up a size. Its a bit big but ideal for sweaters. I'm hoping that better selection of winter jackets come out.

I am satisfied with this purchase, especially since I ordered online and not having tried it on. It is quite cozy and keeps the cold out. I completely agree with Joanne's 3 points. I also find the cuffs quite loose, but the sleeves are a nice length so you don't notice it that much with gloves on. I maybe could have ordered a smaller size, but the reason I ordered the size I did was that I did not have a coat that did up without fear of popping the zipper. It is roomy, but I think a size down would have been too snug. The pink is more of a mauve pink color. It looks nice with the grey, but it is not as pink as I was expecting. So if you are looking for a pinky pink, this color may not be for you. I also wish there was more adjustment possible on the sides. There are 2 snaps so you can tighten it a bit, but the buckle is more for show than adjustment. The fabric does not adjust like a bra strap, it is fixed in place.

I love the detachable hood and the snaps over the zip which I call my mall air conditioning system. I purchased 2 of these parkas both in a large size at 40 percent off. There is some size variation as the black one is smaller than the grey/pink one although both are the same size. OK by me as my weight fluctuates and I can layer with a cardigan. I am stocking up on several winter coats of various weights and sizes as I do worry about the pandemic and stores' financial futures. I am privileged to work from home and am supporting Canadian businesses this way.

I absolutely love this coat! I am a big woman (4x top, 3x bottom), but just entering my 40s, and due to my size i have always had to buy whatever coat i could get on, which ended up being an ugly "granny" jacket. I am so happy that i was able to get a beautiful, very good quality, warm coat that fits me and doesn't look like i borrowed it from an 80 year old. Now there are a couple of things to note before buying....#1 - the cuffs on the sleeves of this coat are absolutely massive. Like they would easily fit around my upper arms with room to spare and they arent really elastic/stretchy like i would expect them to be. The cuffs are way, way too big for the wrists(seriously they are giant). However, because i love this coat so much i am going to alter the cuffs myself and remove most of the cuff fabric so that they fit properly. #2 I ordered a size up because i was concerned about fit being a ski jacket. I am really glad i did. If i had ordered my normal size it would have been too tight in the belly/breast areas to zip up and be comfortable, but because i got a size larger it is pretty loose in the shoulders/upper sleeves, but not so much it looks bad or is uncomfortable. I do carry alot of my weight in my belly and have large breasts so if you dont it may not be an issue for you, but if in doubt order a size up. #3 - the pink parts of the jacket are not nearly as pink as the photos show. It is still a beautiful color but if you are expecting it to be as bright as the photos you will be disappointed. Over all, this coat is made of very good quality fabrics and looks great on. the cuffs are a minor issue for me because i can sew, but i really shouldnt have to after spending over $200 on a coat. If the cuffs were normal size i would have given it 5 stars. Honestly if they go on sale i will likely order the coat in the black color as well.
