How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under. Pant inseam is 3" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

My goal was to obtain a nice looking pair of pants to go over multiple layers of long johns. I got that, so I am reasonably satisfied. However, here are some buyer bewares: Paper thin material in most places. Cheap, shiny finish not at all like normal velvet. The pants were sized for Xlong length, at first I was dismayed because the bottom edges dragged on the ground. However, it has a very wide waistband that can be folded down on itself, which brought the length into the normal realm. The folded over waistband really works - stays in place without unrolling. Pants do seem dressy/festive, esp if nobody is up close enough to notice the low quality material (I can't dignify it with the term "fabric"). Fortunately, with social distancing this may all work out fine!

Recently purchased these. Very comfortable. The fabric is thin so if it's really cold I would recommend putting some tights on underneath.
