I purchased these boots right before the winter and they did not even last me 2 and a half months. The lining inside of the boot ripped, exposing the hard plastic and making it impossible to continue using. Since it was right after the 2 month product defect policy, I was told it was considered normal wear and tear and that nothing could be done. I would expect expensive boots such as these to last at least one full winter, if not several of them. Total ripoff! Not worth your money!

I'm really happy with the purchase but I should of went a size smaller, bought them in a snow storm so I wanted to wear them out of the store. If you have big calves and small ankles and feet go up a size for thicker socks but also invest in insoles to help with the extra room. These boots are very wide

These boots are super comfortable and so warm. I feel like I am walking on air. They are a bit heavy but I still love them. They have a zipper on each side and laces which helps you customize your look around larger calves. The store's box says size 10 but it is really a 9-9.5 based on sticker at bottom of the boots.

From day one these boots were super comfortable. The first time I wore them I walked around a theme park for 4 hours and my feet were so warm and like walking on air. They have a zipper on each side and laces up yhr middle so you can vustomize your look even with large calves. I left both sides zipped up and kepted laces looser and only about 1/2 way up. They makes them more like a slip up boot which makes them easier to wear without having to tie them all the time. This is my first time trying this brand. So far so good. One note about sizing. The store said they gave me a 9 to try on but it was so tight that I needed a 10. I never need a size 10 boot. But when I got home I noticed thr sticker on the bottom of the boot said it was actually a US size 9-9.5. So be careful when ordering your size.

This boot was so soft and comfy, but has zero arch support, the zippers constantly get stuck in their own lining, and most importantly the soles are not made for winter. They look like the soles of a ballet flat or slipper, not a winter boot that needs to have traction in ice and snow. I would not recommend these boots to anyone.

The boot looked good and warm but I was unable to zip it to the top of my calf. Additionally, the waterproof fabric at the back of the ankle runs too high, which made the boot uncomfortable.
