How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

Nice fabric, looks expensive. Nice flattering cut. Fits true to size. Can wear it for work or on any occasions. Bought the navy but contemplating buying in the 2 other colors after I see how it washes on the delicate cycle.

The pros are the blouse is nice and I really liked it when I bought it. The cons are that the blouse keeps shifting back; meaning I constantly have to keep pulling it forward. When I said the fabric is odd, I meant it's not very forgiving when it comes to water. Accidentally spill a bit of water on this blouse? Don't worry, it'll dry down, but everyone will know you spilled water on yourself because of the stains it leaves behind. Also, when ironing, make sure not to use steam because that will also leave marks. Oh and if you accidentally crease the back fabric while you iron it, that will also leave marks. None of the marks or water stains go away until you wash it.
