Terrible quality. Not real leather. Also not true to size.
Not real leather. Man made material, not true to size and very poor quality. Very disappointed.

Remove shoes and socks, stand on a sheet of paper with feet comfortably aligned to each other at approximately shoulder width apart, and have your body weight evenly distributed between your feet.
Using a pencil, gently trace the outline of the foot onto the paper, ensure the pencil is kept vertical. The trace will be more accurately done by someone else.
Draw a straight line at the longest toe and at the heel, these two lines must be parallel of each other.
Draw a vertical line connecting these two parallel lines with the right angle (90 degree) is your foot length.
The foot width is measured by a straight line connecting the widest spot of your foot.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, move up to the larger size for a better fit.

I bought a size 10, With normal socks my foot slides forward but its not too noticeable. The boot does have its own memory form and its already quite comfortable but I might add another insert of my own. Also the part in front of the ankle, below the shin just keep hitting my shin bone each time I walk and bend my foot. it does feel like I'm wearing ice skates or rollerblades as the support around the ankle is quite stiff. On the plus side, the shoe is very light! with inserts in the sole and padding in the front of the shin, I bet these shoes will be super comfy. I'll break them in and see how it goes

The ankle part of the boot is too tight. And zipper should certainly be towards the "inside" of the boot not the outside. It would be easier to zip up! And would make the boot look a lot nicer!

Normally not a "heel" person (mostly for comfort reasons) but wore these every day during Christmas holidays and they are absolutely my new favourite boots! Cushy and comfy and really cute with big socks, boot socks, Christmas socks...hahaha...love them! ...wish they had tan too!
Lovin da boots!

These boots are so comfortable! There was no "breaking in" needed I am able to wear them all day long no matter how much standing/walking I am doing. Love love them!!

The shoe is very comfortable. The only issue I had was the zipper on the left shoe kept getting stuck. I took the shoes back. Tried another pair but, those zippers were the same. Unfortunately, I have returned the shoes as I do not have the patience to fight with a zipper.

These boots are amazing! They feel like an extension of my own feet. The heel isn't too high and the support given is one I haven't found in a heel in a long time, if ever! They are really light too! They were a little tight at first, but they stretched a little bit and I'm comfortable wearing a thicker sock with them. Only criticism I have is that the tred on the bottom is nonexistent. There's a good grip with the sole as is, but some tred would have been nice
