Return an Online Purchase

Returns of an order placed in-store or purchased online but picked up in-store or curbside, must be processed at a store. More details

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than the usual 3-10 business days to issue your refund once received at our facility. If you prefer, you can return your purchase in store to receive a faster refund.

Note: As a result of extreme weather events, packages departing from BC and Western Canada may still be affected by significant delays.

Ensure your item qualifies for return by mail

Before returning items by mail, these conditions must be met:

Items were purchased online and shipped to you within Canada.

All purchases from Oct. 15th can be returned until January 9th. All purchases from Dec. 11th and onward will fall into the 30 day return policy.

Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the price ticket(s) still attached.

The following items cannot be returned nor exchanged (some for hygienic reasons):

  • Face masks
  • Gift cards and gift receipts
  • Jewelry
  • Panties
  • Shapewear
  • Socks and hosiery (opened)
  • Swimwear (bottoms and one-piece bathing suits)
  • "Final Sale" items
