Pending charges are released according to your financial institution’s timelines.
Gift Cards
Can I check my gift card balance?
The balance on your gift card can be checked here.
If your gift card doesn’t have a PIN, you can reach out to Customer Care for assistance.
Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not expire.
How do I use a gift card online?
Enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout.
What should I do if my gift card doesn’t work?

Can I replace a lost or stolen gift card?
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be
replaced.
Do I have to pay shipping for my gift card?
• Plastic Gift Cards are shipped via Standard Post, free of cost, to the recipient and typically arrive within 4–9 business days. Express Post (2-3 business days, tracking included) can also be selected for a fee of $15.99.
• E-Gift Cards are digital and sent by email directly to the recipient or purchaser, either immediately or on a scheduled date.
