What’s new with signing into my account?

Signing in is now faster, simpler, and more convenient—no password required! You can keep all your orders and delivery details in one place, making it easy to track purchases and manage your account.

You now have two ways to access your account:

  1. Sign in with Shop - Use the same Shop account across many participating retailers—no need to
    create multiple accounts.
  2. Sign in with your email address

Both options use a one-time verification code sent to your email or phone for secure access.

How do I log into my account without using Shop?

Enter your email address or click ‘More sign in options’ to enter your email address and click Continue. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the 6-digit verification code and click Submit. After logging in, you’ll be directed to your Orders page in your account.

How do I log in with Shop if I already have a Shop account?

You won’t need a password to log in. When you select Sign in with Shop, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to either your email address or mobile phone number, depending on how you’ve previously used Shop. Enter the code to access your account. After logging in, you’ll be directed to your Orders page.

How do I sign up and log in with Shop if I’m new to Shop?

To sign up with Shop, select Sign in with Shop and enter your email address.

You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email—enter it to continue.

Once your email is confirmed, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number. A 6-digit verification code will be sent by text message. Enter the code to complete sign-in.

After logging in, you’ll be directed to your Orders page.

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account and update your details in the account settings. You can make updates to the email address and name in your account.

Can I merge multiple accounts?

If you have multiple accounts with different email addresses and would like to merge them, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Loyalty Program & Rewards

How do I join the loyalty program?

Becoming a My V.I.PENN. Rewards member is simple, free, and rewarding! To join, either subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this website or create an account online or in-store—make sure your information is accurate and complete. There’s no cost to join and no minimum purchase required.

How does the loyalty program work?

There are three membership levels in our rewards program: Insider, Privileged, and All Access. The points balance is calculated on all Penningtons purchases made between November 1st and October 31st, both in-store and online at a rate of 1 point per $1. If an item is returned, its value will be deducted from your total. Points do not carry over to the next program year, but if you’ve achieved Privileged or All Access status, you’ll begin the new year at that same level.

What are the benefits of each membership level?

There are three membership levels in our rewards program: Insider, Privileged and All Access. Achieving Privileged or All Access status requires a minimum of points earned per year.

All membership levels enjoy a variety of benefits (think exclusive promotions and early access to new arrivals – to name a few!). The higher the level, the more the benefits! The type, timing and availability of any benefits will be determined by Penningtons.

All levels and corresponding perks are subject to change, or termination by Penningtons in its sole discretion at any time. As permitted by applicable law.

 

Level 1 - Insider

Members remain Insiders indefinitely unless the minimum points required to achieve Privileged (250 points) or All Access (500 points) status is met.

Level 2 - Privileged - 250-499 points

Privileged status is achieved by reaching a minimum of 250 points from November 1st - October 31st. Members remain Privileged for the year in which they have achieved the status and the following year. To keep the Privileged status after that, annual requalification is required. If a member does not requalify for Privileged status, the member will revert to the Insider level.

Level 3 - All Access - 500 or more points

All Access status is achieved by reaching a minimum of 500 points from November 1st - October 31st. Members
remain All Access for the year in which they have achieved the status and the following year. To keep the All Access status after that, annual requalification
is required. If a member does not requalify for All Access status and does not achieve Privileged status, the member will revert to the Insider level.

Where can I see my loyalty points balance?

You can view your points balance directly in your newsletter.

Please note that your points balance may take a few days to update after events, such as Double Your Spend.

Can I earn loyalty rewards in store and online?

Yes. Eligible purchases in store and online earn rewards.

How do I earn rewards?

Rewards are earned by accumulating points on eligible purchases. Rewards are then sent by Penningtons every season to customers who have reached the required threshold at that time.

What happens to my level when I cancel an order or return an item?

The rewards program is comprised of three levels, achieved based on annual spend. If you cancel an order or return an item, which results in your annual spend dropping below the required minimum to keep your current status, you will revert back to the previous status.

How do I opt out of the loyalty program?

You can request to opt out by updating your preferences on your client profile on our website, or by contacting our Customer Care team. Customers can also unsubscribe from receiving communications directly through our promotional emails and SMS messages.

Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program

Penningtons may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Penningtons website. For Quebec users: Where required by law, Penningtons will send you a written notice of these changes, not more than 90 days and at least 60 days prior to the effective date of the change, setting out the amended terms and the date of the coming into force of the amendment

How do I redeem my rewards?

Reward coupons must be redeemed in-store or online at penningtons.com within 45 days of issuance on regular-priced or reduced-price merchandise (they may not be applied towards gift cards). The reward coupon can only be used for one transaction; therefore you should use the full reward amount, or else you forfeit the remainder. Only one reward coupon may be used per transaction.

Why can’t I redeem my rewards?

Rewards may have expired or may be subject to restrictions.

Do rewards expire?

Rewards may expire according to program terms.  The exact expiry of each reward will be included on the issuing email.

Can I use rewards on sale items?

Reward usage depends on the promotion’s terms.  The terms can be viewed on the issuing email.

Can I combine rewards with promotions?

Combining rewards with promotions depends on offer terms.  The terms can be viewed on the issuing email.

Marketing Emails & SMS

How do I sign up for marketing emails?

You can sign up on our website or during checkout.

How do I stop receiving marketing emails?

Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Please note it can take up to 10 business days to stop receiving marketing emails after you unsubscribe.
Should you chose to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you will still receive order-related emails, such as order confirmations and shipping confirmations. We may also contact you by email regarding any questions related to your order.

How do I stop SMS messages?

Follow the opt-out instructions provided in the SMS message.
