What is your return policy?

Within 30 days, with proof of purchase, customers are welcome to return their unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund, subject to the applicable rules (refer to the “Return Rules” section on the following page). Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.

Can I modify my order?

The securities imposed on online merchants do not allow us to modify orders at any time. Once an order is placed, it is electronically sent to our distribution center and is processed for delivery. At that point, orders cannot be modified by Customer Care.
