How it Works
Step 1.
Place your
order online
Choose your items, pick your store, and select "Store Pick Up" when completing your purchase.
Step 2.
Wait for the Ready
for Pick Up email
You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick up at the store you selected.
Step 3.
Pick up
your order
Visit the Penningtons store you selected, one of our associates will be happy to get your order.
Important Reminders
If you haven't received your Ready for Pick Up email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
Pick up your order within 5 days of receiving your Ready for Pick Up email to avoid order cancellation.
Bring a government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation email. Both of these documents are required for an associate to hand you your order.
Some stores will be able to offer curbside pick up. If you are interested, call your selected store in advance to know if they are able to offer the service.
