The pads are very nice but the flaps arent wide enough to keep the bra straps in. I was at work and one fell off.

How to take your measurements
Bust
Measurement does not pertain to bra size. Wrap a tape measure under arms, keeping the tape comfortably loose. Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Ensure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
Height
Stand barefoot with a straight posture.
Regular - For women 5' 4" - 5' 7"
Petite - For women 5' 4" and under - Sleeves are slightly shorter. The body is adjusted proportionately throughout. Pant inseam is 2" shorter than regular.
Tall - For women 5' 7" and taller - Sleeves are slightly longer. The body is 1" longer. Pant inseam is 2" longer than regular.
Waist
Keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, measure around the smallest area of your waist.
Hips
With feet together, keeping the tape measure comfortably loose, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the hips.
Inseam
Stand with your shoes on and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the shoe.

These keep my bra straps on my shoulders! No more slipping off. They are quite wide so do often show unless you have a smaller necked shirt. They are clear so it is not too bad but I am self conscious of them being seen with my wider necked tops. But they are a life saver for me!

I've been struggling with my bra straps sliding off my shoulders for years. Finally bought the silicone shoulder cushions, and they work great. A little fiddly to get in place, but the first day I wore them, I was in an orchestra rehearsal and concert, and my straps didn't move the whole 6 hours. Will be buying more of these

These shoulder cushions solved a long-standing problem for me. My right bra strap is always slipping, drives me crazy (which is a short trip) all day long. Well, no more thanks to this product that stays in place and is easy to use and wash .

these are great!! They keep your bra straps in position on your shoulders...I for one have always had a problem with them staying put! Schoolgirl slouch I once had a Dr call it...lol.:)

I have bra straps that slip off and that's why I decided to try this. Right out the delivery packaging I tried this and love the comfort it offers, taking away the pressure from the shoulders. Really easy to use. It's silicone so it's washable with no drying time. If you have multiple spots that are sore, can probably use more than a pair of these, just use them where you need some cushioning.
