Machine wash, inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Wash similar colors together.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry at low temperature.
Iron at low setting.
Do not dry clean.

I slowly eased it on and sat around for a bit. Loosened up considerably, and feels less compression, just right amount that it is doing something, but not compressing so much that your bulgy bits squeeze out at arms, beside straps etc (you know what I mean)...like muffin top, only everywhere else. I guess that is the secret, so just ease in carefully. I find the length is really nice too. I have another shapewear slip that I ordered that had the lace insert from here. It is shorter, and sometimes rides up in the back. This one doesn't. Still staying with the recommendation to size up or try on in the store.
